Tarion Warranty Corporation is the new
name for the Ontario New Home Warranty Program. Although the
name has changed it is the same organization that has been
protecting new home buyers in Ontario for the past 30 years.
Urbandale's builder warranty covers:
- one year of coverage on materials and workmanship
- two years of coverage on electrical, plumbing and heating distribution systems but does not include appliances, fixtures and fittings.

to you on the day of your pre-move inspection.
